MetalBack (“we”, “us”) is a sole proprietorship registered in India (Udyam Reg. No. UDYAM-KR-15-0075754). This policy covers the MetalBack website at metalback.in. Each of our products also has its own privacy policy that explains exactly what that app collects.
In short: this website doesn’t ask for any personal information, doesn’t use cookies or analytics, and doesn’t show ads. We never sell personal data.
This website
- We don’t use cookies, tracking pixels or analytics on metalback.in.
- Like every website, our hosting provider (Google Firebase Hosting) processes basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect against abuse.
- Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the font files download.
- If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you.
Our products
- IronCrew stores account and training data (name, email, workouts, check-ins, measurements) in Google Firebase, in the Mumbai, India region. Read the IronCrew privacy policy.
- NotRec keeps your notes on your own device and sends lecture content directly to Google Gemini using your own API key. Read the NotRec privacy policy.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete personal data we hold about you. Email support@metalback.in from the address linked to your account, and we’ll respond within 30 days.
Children
Our products are meant for users aged 18 and over, or younger users with a parent’s or guardian’s permission.
Changes
If we update this policy, we’ll change the date at the top of this page.
